MANAGE ALL OPERATIONAL PROCESSES: 
  • Achieve all measurables. 
  • Deliver all Controllable Expenses (Payroll/ Cash Control/ Supplies). 
  • Achieve Shrink Goal. 

MAINTAIN STAFFING & SUCCESSION PLAN AT ALL LEVELS: 
  • New Hire Onboarding. 
  • TRUE Training execution. 
  • In-Store Succession plans through IDPs for all leaders and high potential Associates. 
  • Source external candidates. 
  • Engage and retain associates and achieve Turnover Goal.
